The kitchen is the heartbeat of any Hotel and we are looking for a talented individual to join our team as Sous Chef.
The role is full-time, permanent and involves working an average of 40 hours per week including evenings and weekends.
The Sous Chef will assist the Head Chef manage and lead the kitchen operation at Magherabuoy House Hotel to a standard which satisfies customer expectations, meets statutory requirements and delivers business objectives. The Sous Chef will deputise for the Head Chef in his/her absence, taking charge of the team and day-to-day operations.
