A good meal experience starts with a warm welcome and we are looking for a talented individual to join our team as Bistro Supervisor.
The role is full-time, permanent and involves working an average of 40 hours per week including evenings and weekends.
The Bistro Supervisor will work along with the Head Chef in running an effective Bistro operation at Magherabuoy House Hotel to a standard which satisfies customer expectations, meets statutory requirements and delivers business objectives. The Bistro Supervisor will lead a team of up to a dozen staff and take charge of day-to-day service operations.
