Getting Started

It's never been easier to plan an event at the Magherabuoy House Hotel whatever your needs may be. To begin, simply fill out this “Event Profile” form. Should you have any questions at any time, please call +44 (0) 2870 823507 for immediate assistance.
1. Weddings

Classy surroundings with facilities for weddings from 20 – 200. Our venue combines stylish Victorian surroundings in the original House, with simple elegance in our renovated lobby and function room. Our management team will look after you through every step of your wedding reception. The Hotel is also licensed for civil ceremonies, enabling you to plan your day from start to finish at Magherabuoy.
2. Conferences

Meetings and conferences are a delight at Magherabuoy. The Hotel has 4 meeting rooms, each equipped with its own new audio/visual equipment, wired and wireless broadband, dimmer controlled lighting, and all included in our fantastic rates. We offer a range of dining options that will suit most tastes and provide the services of a dedicated conferencing coordinator during your event.
3. Banqueting

Your dinner dance or social event is in safe hands at Magherabuoy. Our experienced team always ensure your event runs to plan, and will guide you through our extensive menu selections in order that your menu meets your needs. We of course offer a wide range of wines and our Bar team will ensure any festivities are well catered for.
Planning a Special Event?

You can still submit an online “Event Profile” form, just be sure to make the adjustments noted below. Remember, you can use the “Event Profile” to book a block of rooms in our accommodation wing for out of town guests even if you don’t need information on event space.

  • Complete the online “Event Profile” form entering all the required information.
  • Please include the name of your event in the specified field (for instance, “Sarah’s Wedding” or “Dominican College School Reunion”) and skip sections 4 and 5.
  • Click “No Meeting Rooms” if you are hosting your event outside of the hotel and are only interested in booking a block of rooms for your guests.
  • Once you’re satisfied with the information, click “Submit”. A confirmation message will let you know that your proposal has been sent and that you’ll be hearing back from someone at the hotel shortly.
